Tasty Crab Cakes

1 tbsp        Olive Oil
1               Medium Red Bell pepper (seeded) and minced
1/3 cup m  Minced Onion
1               Medium Tomato-Peeled, seeded, chopped
3 cups       Crabmeat - fresh or frozen (thawed)
2/3 cup      Breaded crumbs
2 tbs          Chopped Parsley
2               Eggs
3 tbsp        Heavy Whipping Cream
1 tbsp        Worchester Sauce
1/4            Stick butter

Pour 1 tbsp olive oil into heated sauce pan and add peppers and onion. Sauté for 2 minutes and then add tomato. Sauté 1 more minute and set aside.

In bowl, mix sautéed veggies, crabmeat, bread crumbs, Worchester sauce, salt, and basil.

Form into crab cakes.

Heat butter and olive oil to heated sauce pan. Add crab cakes; cook for about 3 minutes on each side.

Serve. Yummmmy.
