Dyan Quesada Biographical Information
Dyan has a well-rounded background in healthcare and rehabilitation. She managed the inpatient physical therapy department at the Cleveland Clinic Hospital in Ft. Lauderdale for over 4 years. Dyan is involved with and enjoys treating patients ranging from pediatrics to geriatrics, and has worked in multiple settings: inpatient, outpatient, home care, and athletic training rooms. She has treated a variety of conditions including general orthopedic injuries, hip and knee replacements, plantar fasciitis, trigger points, sciatica, sacroiliac dysfunction, and neurological conditions such as strokes and Parkinson's Disease. Dyan has a special interest in dance rehabilitation & core training. Her interest in physical therapy originated from always being active. She has danced since age 3, and competed in aerobic competitions. Presently, she enjoys dancing, running, yoga, Pilates, weight-training, and walking on the beach. Dyan started Get to the Core independently in 2000, and has been blessed with a highly motivated and compassionate team since then. She owes her success to the method she implemented when she first opened Get to the Core: Listen to each individual’s needs, and provide the care necessary for them to achieve their goals.
